You acknowledge
and agree that all contents and materials available
on our websites, wap system and IVR are protected by
copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade
secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.
By using
our services and/or products, you signify your agreement
to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced
herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not
agree to these Terms of Use please do not use our services
and/or products. We reserve the right, at our discretion,
to update or revise these Terms of Use. Please check
the Terms periodically for changes.
We do
not warrant that the service is completely error free
or will operate without service loss or interruption
nor do we warrant any connection to or any
transmission of the service. We make no representation
or warranty express or implied including but not limited
to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose or as to the quality of the call.
The user agrees to be responsible for payment of all
applicable charges on the undersigned's detail report
incurred as a result of the use of the undersigned's
debit account, including but not limited to the
use or misuse by an unauthorized third party, or any
error, accidental use or loss.
Due to
our verification process, all funds may not be available
for immediate use. In no event we will be liable
for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential
losses or damages arising in any manner from the use
of our services and/or products. We will not offer
any refunds or reimbursements for the purchase price
of the debit account. Only if the service can not be delivered there will be a refund of the balance left. No setup of other Fees are refundable.
The suscriber to our service
pays for calls made to his account. One call to
his account may involve several calls till the account owner is able to answer the phone call. All the calls
involved in this process must be paid by the account's owner that is being called.
There
is a US$1.95 monthly service charge. Pay phone surcharges
may apply. Rates are subject to changes without prior
notice.

Of Warranties
All materials,
information, software, products, and services included
in or available through our web sites, wap systemand
ivr (the "content") are provided "as
is" and "as available" for your use.
The content is provided without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied, including, but not limited
to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, or infringement. We do not warrant
that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that
their services will be available at any particular time
or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected;
or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful
components. Your use of our services is solely at your
risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion
of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply
to you.
Limitation
of Liability
Under
no circumstances shall we be liable
for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,
or consequential damages that result from the use of,
or inability to use our services. This limitation applies
whether the alleged liability is based on contract,
tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis,
even if our corporation has been advised of the possibility
of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, our liability in such jurisdictions
shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We reserve the right, in its sole discretion,
to terminate your access to all or part of our services,
with or without notice. Any account that remain inactive for a maximum period of 3 (three) months, without making or receiving calls will be terminated and the remaining balance will be lost. The customer can always re open the same account without having to create a new one, but will have no right to use that remaining balance.
